Hukumar Sadarwa ta Najeriya (NCC) ta bayyana cewa ingancin sabis a ɓangaren sadarwa ya inganta tun bayan amincewa da ƙarin kuɗin kira da kashi 50 cikin 100 a watan Janairun 2025.
A cewar hukumar, yawan ƙorafe-ƙorafen da suka shafi rashin ingancin sabis ya ragu sosai daga 129,000 da aka samu a irin wannan lokaci a bara zuwa 24,000 a bana, wanda ke nuna ragin fiye da kashi 80 cikin 100.
Shugaban zartarwa kuma Babban Darakta na NCC, Dakta Aminu Maida, ne ya bayyana hakan yayin wata ganawa da manema labarai da aka gudanar a Abuja ranar Juma’a.
Maida ya amince cewa har yanzu ba a kai matakin da hukumar ke so ba wajen samar da ingantaccen sabis, amma ya ce bayanan da aka tattara daga masu amfani da kansu na nuna cewa akwai gagarumin ci gaba a ƙwarewar masu amfani.
“Har yanzu ba mu kai inda muke so ba, amma muna fara ganin alamun da suka dace,” in ji shi.
Ya kuma bayyana cewa amfani da bayanai (data) ya ƙaru da kashi 70 cikin 100 a cikin shekaru biyu da suka gabata, wanda ke nuna ƙaruwar buƙatar ayyukan dijital.
Duk da matsin lamba da ke kan kayayyakin sadarwa, Maida ya ce kamfanonin sadarwa sun zuba sama da dala biliyan ɗaya a fannin a bara, yayin da wani kamfani ya yi alƙawarin zuba irin wannan adadi a wannan shekarar.
Ya ƙara da cewa manyan kamfanonin sadarwa sun kafa sabbin wuraren sadarwa sama da 2,800, tare da ƙarin rabon mitoci (spectrum) wanda ya ƙara ƙarfin sadarwa.
Maida ya ce tsarin sa ido na hukumar ya dogara ne kan gaskiya da riƙon amana, yana mai nuni da shirye-shirye kamar tantance kuɗin kira, ƙa’idojin gudanarwa na kamfanoni da tsarin warware basussuka domin tabbatar da dorewar fannin.
Ya kuma ce haɗin gwiwa da gwamnati na fara haifar da sakamako mai kyau, musamman wajen kare muhimman kayayyakin more rayuwa na ƙasa.
Game da tsaron yanar gizo, shugaban NCC ya ce wannan batu na ƙara zama abin damuwa, inda ya bayyana cewa hukumar ta samar da tsarin da ke ƙayyade mafi ƙarancin matakan tsaro ga kamfanonin sadarwa.
Ya kuma tabo batun sauƙaƙe farashin wayoyin hannu, yana mai cewa hukumar na aiki tare da masu haɗa wayoyi a cikin gida domin samar da na’urori masu araha ga ‘yan Najeriya.
“Yanzu haka muna ganin mutane da yawa na daina amfani da na’urorin 2G da 3G, amma har yanzu akwai buƙatar ƙara ƙoƙari wajen sauƙaƙa farashin wayoyin zamani,” in ji shi.
A baya, shugabar sashen hulɗa da jama’a ta NCC, Hajiya Nnenna Ukoha, ta bayyana wannan taro a matsayin wata dama ta tattaunawa a fili kan sabbin abubuwan da ke faruwa a fannin sadarwa.
Ta jaddada buƙatar ci gaba da haɗin gwiwa da masu ruwa da tsaki domin bunƙasa fannin.
Haka kuma, kwamishinar kula da hulɗa da masu ruwa da tsaki, Rimini Haraya Makama, ta yaba wa kafafen yaɗa labarai kan rawar da suke takawa wajen wayar da kan jama’a da kuma sa ido kan harkokin fannin.
“Idan ‘yan jarida sun samu cikakken bayani, jama’a ma za su samu sahihin bayani, kuma wannan na daga cikin manyan hanyoyin da ke taimakawa wajen samun ci gaba a fannin sadarwa,” in ji ta.
A ƙarshe, hukumar ta buƙaci masu amfani da layukan sadarwa da ke fuskantar matsaloli su riƙa kai ƙorafe-ƙorafensu ta hanyar layin kyauta mai lamba 622, a matsayin wani ɓangare na kare haƙƙin masu amfani.
