Shugabar Ƙungiyar yan jarida na Abuja, Grace Ike, ta yi kira ga ‘yan jarida da su ba da muhimmanci ga lafiyar kwakwalwa da yadda za a sarrafa damuwa a wuraren aiki masu matsin lamba.
Ta yi wannan jawabi ne a yayin tafiyar lafiya ta shekarar 2026 mai taken “Lafiyar Hankali da Sarrafa Damuwa a Muhallin Ayyuka Masu Matsanancin Matsin Lamba,” wanda ta ce ya shafi rayuwar ‘yan jarida kai tsaye.
Grace Ike ta ce aikin jarida a Abuja na da kalubale da dama, ciki har da yin aiki har dare domin fitar da labarai, fuskantar hadari wajen kawo gaskiya, mu’amala da jami’ai masu fushi, labaran karya da kuma matsin lokacin aikewa da rahoto.
Ta ce waɗannan abubuwa suna jawo damuwa da gajiya da ka iya haifar da rashin lafiya ta jiki da ta kwakwalwa, tana mai jaddada cewa kwakwalwa da jiki suna bukatar kulawa kamar yadda labarai ke bukatar sahihan bayanai.
Shugabar ta bayyana cewa wannan tafiyar lafiya ba kawai motsa jiki ba ce, amma hanya ce ta rage damuwa, karfafa juna da kuma samun natsuwa a zuciya. Ta ce yayin tafiya a titunan Abuja, ya kamata a rika tattaunawa, dariya da kuma tsara hanyoyin inganta aiki.
Ta kara da cewa matakan irin wannan na iya rage gajiyar aiki (burnout) tare da taimakawa ‘yan jarida su ci gaba da yin aikinsu cikin kwarewa da kuzari.
Grace Ike ta ce, “Dole ne mu kasance a raye domin labarinmu ya isa ko ya karanta.”
Ta bukaci ‘yan kungiyar su rika daukar lafiyar kwakwalwa da muhimmanci, su rika hutu a cikin aiki, su tattauna da abokai ko masu ba da shawara idan damuwa ta yi yawa, su rika shan ruwa, samun isasshen bacci da kuma halartar irin wadannan shirye-shirye.
Ta kuma yi kira ga shugabanni da kafafen yada labarai da su samar da hutu mai kyau, sabis na shawarar lafiyar kwakwalwa da kuma wuraren aiki masu aminci ga ‘yan jarida.
A karshe, ta gode wa kwamitin shirya makon ‘yan jarida, tare da jinjina ga masu daukar nauyi da duk wadanda suka halarta, tana mai cewa tafiyar za ta kara karfafa hadin kai da lafiya a tsakanin ‘yan jarida.
Ta ce, “Mu yi tafiya cikin kuzari, mu sanya wannan makon ‘yan jarida ya zama abin tunawa. Tare za mu kasance cikin koshin lafiya, farin ciki da kuma shirin hidimtawa Najeriya.”
