Gwamnatin Tarayya ta ɗauki matakai domin daidaita harkar sufurin jiragen sama a Najeriya, inda ta kayyade farashin man jirgin sama (jet fuel) tare da bai wa kamfanonin jirage damar biyan kuɗin mai cikin kwanaki 30, bayan ƙorafe-ƙorafe kan tsadar aiki da barazanar dakushewar zirga-zirgar jirage.
Matakin ya fito ne a cikin wata takarda daga Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), bayan wata ganawar gaggawa tsakanin hukumomi, ‘yan kasuwar mai da kuma masu gudanar da kamfanonin jiragen sama.
An kayyade farashin man jirgin sama kamar haka: tsakanin ₦1,760 zuwa ₦1,988 kowace lita a Legas, yayin da a Abuja zai kasance tsakanin ₦1,809 zuwa ₦2,037. Haka kuma, an bai wa kamfanonin jirage wa’adin kwanaki 30 su biya kuɗin man da aka ba su.
Hukumomin sun umarci masu sayar da mai da kamfanonin jirage su cimma matsaya kan “farashi mai adalci” domin kauce wa tsaikon aiki, yayin da wani kwamitin fasaha ya ba da shawarar sayar da mai kai tsaye cikin farashin da aka kayyade domin ƙara gaskiya a tsarin.
Wannan mataki ya biyo bayan gargadin da kamfanonin jirage suka yi cewa farashin mai ya ƙaru da sama da kashi 270%, lamarin da ya tilasta musu ƙara kuɗin tikiti tare da barazanar rage yawan jiragen da suke aiki. Rikice-rikicen duniya, musamman matsaloli a yankin mashigin Strait of Hormuz, sun ƙara dagula lamarin ta hanyar ɗaga farashin mai a kasuwannin duniya.
Tun da farko, Shugaban ƙasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu ya amince da rage bashin kamfanonin jirage da kashi 30%, a matsayin wani ɓangare na ƙoƙarin rage musu nauyin kashe kuɗi da kuma kauce wa rikicin masana’antar.
Gwamnati na kuma duba yiwuwar haɗa man jirgin sama cikin shirin sayar da ɗanyen mai da naira (naira-for-crude) domin rage matsin lambar musayar kuɗin waje, tare da tattaunawa da matatar Dangote Refinery kan farashin ƙarin kuɗi (premium).
