Gwamnatin Tarayya Ta Fadada Horar da Likitoci, Tsarin Lafiya na Zamani

Gwamnatin Tarayya ta sake jaddada kudurinta na ƙarfafa cibiyoyin kiwon lafiya na manyan makarantu (tertiary), tana mai bayyana su a matsayin ginshiƙai na ci gaban ƙasa da inganta lafiyar jama’a.

Ministan Lafiya mai kula da harkokin tsare-tsare, Farfesa Ali Pate, ya bayyana haka a taron na 113 na shugabannin manyan asibitoci (Chief Medical Directors) da aka gudanar a Sokoto, inda ya ce ana karkatar da zuba jari, gyare-gyare da haɗin gwiwa domin sake fasalin asibitocin koyarwa da cibiyoyin ƙwararru.

Ya ce, “Cibiyoyin kiwon lafiya na manyan makarantu suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen bayar da ingantaccen magani, horar da ma’aikata, da gudanar da bincike.

A yanzu haka ana gyara da sabunta wasu cibiyoyi domin su kai matakin ƙasashen duniya.” Wakilinsa, Dakta Bisola Adegoke, ne ya gabatar da jawabinsa.

Ya ƙara da cewa gwamnati na ƙoƙarin magance ƙarancin ƙwararrun ma’aikata ta hanyar faɗaɗa ilimin likitanci, horas da likitoci (residency), da kuma inganta jin daɗin ma’aikata domin hana ƙaura zuwa ƙasashen waje.

Haka kuma, ya bayyana cewa sauyin tsarin lafiya zuwa na zamani (digital) yana daga cikin manyan manufofi, inda ake shigar da tsarin bayanan lafiya da kuma amfani da magani ta hanyar nesa (telemedicine) domin inganta aiki da faɗaɗa samun kulawar ƙwararru, musamman a yankunan karkara.

Duk da ƙalubale irin su ƙarancin kuɗi da ƙaruwa da yawan marasa lafiya, Pate ya ce gwamnati na da niyyar tabbatar da cewa cibiyoyin kiwon lafiya na manyan makarantu suna bayar da ingantaccen, mai araha, kuma mai sauƙin samu ga jama’a.

Ya ce, “Wannan ci gaba na saka jari yana nuna hangen nesa na gina tsarin lafiya mai ɗorewa.”

Gwamnan Jihar Sokoto, Ahmed Aliyu, wanda mataimakinsa ya wakilta, ya yaba da zaɓar jihar domin karɓar bakuncin taron, yana mai jaddada ƙoƙarin da ake yi na faɗaɗa ayyukan kiwon lafiya a dukkan ƙananan hukumomi 23 na jihar.

Hakazalika, sarakunan gargajiya ciki har da Sarkin Musulmi sun yi alƙawarin ci gaba da goyon bayan shirye-shiryen kiwon lafiya, yayin da masu ruwa da tsaki suka buƙaci a ƙara ƙarfafa haɗin gwiwa domin inganta ayyuka da dorewar sauye-sauyen.
